The process to get the info involves the nurse and some time passing.
The reason being that the display of it requires the basic sub dermal implant to be upgraded to the medical version.
  • The medical upgrade is done by
    • Talking to the nurse
    • After the 15 day
    • With enough charm/affection.
If those are fulfilled simply select the nurse and the sub dermal implant option.
This will make her upgrade it.

Game variables (tinkering not suggested)
  • Shift + 0 for console
  • player.monitoring_sub_dermal
    • The value needs to be 2 or higher for the info to be shown
Have tested on a new start and old save, both works.

I am not done with this update this what I found at the moment.

Bartitfighting (this is at the moment the only interesting new) and talking to Joy is new (nothing special) when I see correct the others are all rework I think.

Maybe the issue is it's saying you're running it on Windows 10?...

Maybe try a fresh "official" download (not compressed) and see if that works?

Works fine here on Windows 11. I used darkhound's post to download the files, if that makes any difference (I don't know if you're using a compressed version or whatever).

Anyone else noticing that you can get a perk in v0.5.0.0 depending on the opening preferences you state? I'm curious as to whether multiple such perks exist.

Thanks a lot for the thorough reply! Something must have been changed in the code along the way, because I clearly remember older versions showing the progress right from day one after the first successful charm conversation. Duly noted!

I have found three so far: you get a bonus to Charm/Endurance if you pick those two as your first stats (no matter the order), you get a bonus to Strength/Endurance if you pick those (again, no matter the order), and you get Charm/Looks if you pick all your girls' preferences to match Yvette as your starting girl (short-stack lover ^^ ).

You're welcome, and I can add that I had forgotten all about its inner workings myself.

Maybe we could tempt Darkhound to add the steps as a small entry in the quest log for new games, which would also have the virtue of making players aware that it can be earned (and where to see the unlocked info)

It's not a bug and nothing has been changed. You need to wait until GameDay 15 at least, then talk to the nurse about the subdermal implant again.

Putting the attached file in the location listed (create the dir structure, game/images/appointments/Joy/nightbar/anim/ ) in the error message might also work in case of some rare obscure access errors

Thanks, I updated my graphics drivers and it seems to be working fine now!
