It's not just kids that look up to you, Doc
My mother is 80 and a retired ranch hand - cow girl. She’s travelled the world. Lived a full life and still does. Reads voraciously. She said “I don’t have too many heroes but Temple Grandin is one of them.” That to me says it all.
I've had the honor of meeting and talking with Professor Grandin and as a father with two young boys that have different learning modalities I look to her insights and wisdom on how to focus on the right ways to learn and grow as a young human being. Thank you for sharing your gifts and personal wisdoms Temple Grandin!
Forever Young- forever growing- forever sharing. Mahalo!
How great is this humane lady. She is so special to my wife's family in Eastern Colorado.
You truly inspire other autistic people(especially women!) and I’m one of them 😊Thank you for all you’ve done!
I have met Temple Grandin at readings for her books and other speaking opportunities. What a brilliant woman. What more people should aspire to be like. I am enriched for having listened to her talk and read her books.
I love you Temple ......for encouraging me to be kinder, but teach my granddaughter she can achieve by being ♥️
Looks amazing. The filming, editing and music are beautiful. ❤
I could listen to Doc Temple all day!!
Temple, I like how you talk about visual thinking which is how I believed everyone thought. Can you describe or interview people that are not visual thinkers? I find the fact that we all think so differently to be fascinating.
💚 Temple, you are a wonderful blessing. Thank you for being you!
Beautiful!! 🤩
Thank you for sharing your extraordinary gifts with the world.
You are a wonderful human being who has brought beauty light, understanding & acceptance to so many creatures.

Temple is so extraordinary. I'm excited about how this new film will continue to share her story, gifts and contributions to "Training The Talent" in all individuals, not just neurodiverse persons

Sometimes, our contribution can consist of both accepting/supporting neurodivergent people, and helping them/ourselves accept our differences with kindness and grace.
I saw this documentary at a film festival, here’s my review:
Positives:
-The b-roll is well shot.
Negatives:
-This doc is extremely boring, repetitive and one-note throughout. The subject is not interesting enough to justify a 1 hour runtime. This should have been cut down to a mini doc. A man in the row in front of me fell asleep halfway through and was audibly snoring throughout the rest of the film. I then looked around the theater and there were other audience members sleeping.
-While the b-roll is well shot, the interviews are terribly shot. They’re inconsistent, poorly lit, poorly framed and have incorrect color/white balance. Many interview shots are out of focus. There is visible lighting equipment in some shots. Two cameras were used for many of the interviews but the shots from each camera are too similar so cutting between them felt awkward and jump cutty. The execution of the interview portions was just really awful.
-There are some shots with visible dirt/dust on the camera’s sensor.
Overall:
While many portions of this doc are painful to look at due to it being terribly lit and out of focus, its main problem is being overly long, self indulgent and boring. The visually striking b-roll is not enough to prevent audience members from falling asleep.
Her mother looks younger than her
Where can I learn more about when this documentary will be available?
I'm friends with one of the film crew members - the premiere is this upcoming Saturday. Not sure what distribution will be like beyond that.
